First Knife Painting

Eighth painting, water-mixable oil on canvas panel, 6" x 8". This was the first time I'd used water-mixable oils, the first time I attempted to paint the entire painting with a knife (I cheated and used a brush a little at the end), and the first time I've painted in a style other than wet on wet (in this case, colors were applied "up to" where other colors either were or would go). It's not too bad, all things considered - best if viewed from afar...
